FIELDCRAFT.

SERVICES / MODES + FUNCTIONS

How we work.

We fit around however your team already works, bringing whatever's needed to get the event over the line.

01 / THE HOW

Four modes.

Retainer

Advisor

Ongoing counsel to the founder or director: a fixed rhythm of sessions plus on-call judgement between them.

Best for: Organisers who want a senior sounding board without a full engagement.

Scoped project

Project lead

Fieldcraft owns a defined piece of work end to end, with its own milestones, team and budget.

Best for: A growth plan, an ops overhaul, an automation build, a new show launch.

Fractional role

Embedded

A Fieldcraft operator works inside the client team for a set number of days per week.

Best for: Teams missing a head of ops, a commercial lead or a production director.

Day rate

Field crew

Live-day roles only: senior hands on site for build, show and break, working to the existing plan.

Best for: Events that plan well but need experienced weight on the ground.

02 / THE MODEL

Five functions.

Growth, creative, operations, technology, live delivery: five functions, explained below.

  1. F1

    Growth & commercial

Making the event a stronger business.

Audience growth, ticketing strategy, revenue mix, sponsorship readiness, budgets that hold.

  2. F2

    Creative development

Inventing the show, and the look of it.

Concept, format and programming, brand and creative direction, content, social and the experience on the ground.

  3. F3

    Operations & planning

    The machinery of delivery.

Plans, schedules, suppliers, licensing and safety.

  4. F4

    Technology & automation

Turning manual event ops into systems.

Workflow automation, ticketing and CRM setup, reporting dashboards and tooling audits.

  5. F5

    Live delivery

    Fieldcraft on the ground.

Senior operators embedded in the event team across build, show days and break.
